Last Sunday saw our first swap shop event at the University of Cambridge!

Izzie and Robert travelled up to Cambridge in the torrential rain, excited for the day ahead. We were running the Swap Shop as the final event for the University of Cambridge’s #Green Week (17th – 23rd October) at Murray Edwards College, Cambridge.

What a great event it was! Students from colleges all over the city came and swapped their pre-loved clothes for “new” ones. Over 150 items were swapped in and out with 28 swappers taking part.

Despite the weather, the students braved their way to grab some sustainable finds! We cannot wait for the next one.
