Want to know more or have a query about a specific item? You can message users directly within the Dopplle app and ask away. You can even ask users about multiple items they have listed to keep it all in one conversation. Here’s a detailed guide on everything you need to know about messaging within the app.

Have a question about a specific item?
Select that item and then scroll down to enter your message. Here you can ask anything you would like to know including how the item fits, request to see more photos (e.g different angles) and if the item is in good condition.
Want to see all items from a particular user?
When looking at a specific item, you can click on the username of the Doppller to see all items in their collection. You can then message them about multiple items at the same time – each item has a unique code allocated to it so you can reference them in your email to keep it simple.
