- These Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (the “Swapping Conditions”)
set out the basis on which you can swap clothes via Dopplle Swap Events and app.
Please read these Swapping Conditions carefully before you swapping pieces.
By swapping pieces via the app, you indicate that you accept these Swapping Conditions and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Swapping Conditions, you must not use our app to swap pieces.
Items will be checked for quality purposes, and any items that do not meet our standards will be refused. Our decisions are final and no Dopplle Coins will be granted for these items. If you do not want to take the item back with you, a clothing bin will be provided.
1 Dopplle Coin will be given per item brought to a swap event that is deemed acceptable and you will be given a label with the amount of Dopplle Coins you may use at the event..
Dopplle coins from events can be used throughout the time of the event. When the event has finished any remaining event coins will be void unless you would like them added to your Dopplle Account.

- Dopplle’s Role
We offer a service that facilitates the swapping of pieces
between registered users of the app and swap events.
We are not responsible for any misinformation provided to
you on the app or events and or your receipt of any piece swapped.
We are not a party to the agreement between you, and the other party involved in the swap.
- Swappers responsibilities
(i) Images and descriptions provided are a true reflection
of the condition of the item(s) being shared on the Dopplle platform.
(ii) Current retail value stated is genuine and is
accordingly adjusted to reflect the age of the garment and the number of times
it has been worn.
(iii) The item(s) can be legally offered to swap.
(iiii) If the item(s) is found to be misdescribed or not
to guidelines, the cost of returning the item from the swappee falls on the swapper.
- Swappees responsibilities
(i) If the piece is not as described upon exchange, the
swapper must be contacted and made aware of the issue. The swappee must
prove the piece is not as described, providing imagery were necessary to Dopplle.
(ii) If it is the case that the claim is correct, the swappee will be reimbursed with the equivalent token. The swapper will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
- Dopplle Coins
(i) Dopplle Coins are for indicative purposes only and cannot be exchanged for money.
(ii) Dopplle reserves the right not to award coins for
items even if initially approved. Although you may appeal any evaluation, our decision is final.
(iii) Dopplle has the authority to cancel coins for any reason effective upon sending a notice to you at the email address you provide whilst registering or such other email address as you may later provide to us.
